In 2011, Finance Asia voted Mr. Yang the Best CEO in China. In 2004 and 2012, Mr. Yang was named “CCTV China Annual Economic Figure”. He was in Barron's Best CEOs list in 2013, 2014 and 2015. In 2014, Mr. Yang won Edison Achievement Award.
Mr. Yang was born in Anhui Province of China in November, 1964. He graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China (“USTC”) in 1989 with a Master’s degree in Computer Science. Mr. Yang serves as the deputy to the 13th National People’s Congress of China; a member of the International Advisory Council of Brookings Institute; and a board member of Baidu, Inc.

Jean-Pascal Tricoire joined Schneider Electric in 1986. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2006 and named Chairman & CEO in April 2013.
His career at Schneider Electric has developed largely outside France in operational functions in Italy, China, South Africa and USA. Within the General Management, he served as Vice Executive President of the International Operating Division from 2002 before being appointed in 2004 Chief Operating Officer (COO).

General Manager Print Business HP Asia Pacific and Japan - HP
Ng Tian-Chong (TC) is General Manager, Print Business, Asia Pacific and Japan, where he is responsible for the overall regional growth agenda for the business, including Go-To-Market strategy, sales and marketing to HP’s key segments.
TC will be taking on the role of President for the APJ region beginning 1 November 2018.
Prior to his Print role, TC was Managing Director for South East Asia, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Korea. In this role, he was accountable for overall business excellence and growth across the printing and personal systems (PPS) portfolio and for building and leading a high-performance team.
With nearly 30 years’ experience at HP, TC has held key roles in sales, finance, service and support as well as marketing, spanning consumer, channel, country, and regional portfolios.
He has also headed up the regional Channel Sales Organization for PPS and has served as the Imaging and Printing Group (IPG)’s Vice President of Consumer, Inkjet and Web Solutions for Asia Pacific and Japan. He led the IPG consumer sales force and managed HP’s portfolio of Inkjet printers and ink supplies. He was also responsible for growing the HP Snapfish and Retail Publishing Solutions businesses in the region.
His other roles have included leadership of HP’s Personal Systems Group business in the high-growth South East Asian, Taiwanese and Korean markets, responsibility for HP’s Commercial Volume Sales business in APJ, and leadership of the APJ Solution Partners Organization where he built HP into a best-in-class channel player in the region.
TC holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Menlo College in California and a Masters in Business Administration from Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.
Chief Operating Officer & Head of Sales Strategy & Operations Asia-Pacific & Japan - HP Inc.
Rajiv Srivastava is Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of Sales Strategy & Operations for HP APJ. He leads all of HP’s end-to-end sales strategy, sales enablement, and key growth initiatives including SMB, Omnichannel, SI Alliances, as well as services and solutions in the region.
Prior to this role, Rajiv was Managing Director at HP India responsible for managing and growing HP’s computing, printing, solutions and services business. Under his leadership, HP delivered a well-rounded performance achieving leadership positions in every category across PC and Print – both commercial and consumer - in India. HP has been voted the Most Admired Technology Brand in the country by Brand Trust, the most preferred organisation to do business with by customers (Dataquest) and partners (VAR and DQ Channels).
Rajiv also demonstrated his vision for the future by spearheading our Digital India business unit and as a result secured and executed one of the world’s largest digital inclusion initiatives – distribution of laptop computers to 1.5 million students in the state of Uttar Pradesh. In a new outreach he has championed the cause of providing quality and affordable Healthcare and Education for the masses through a unique digital solution. HP India was recently recognised as Asia’s Greatest CSR Brand for 2016 by the Indo-Singapore Business and Social Forum 2017.
He first joined HP in 1997, and while he later moved to Microsoft for three and a half years, he returned to HP in 2010 as India’s Chief Operating Officer. In addition, Rajiv has held leadership positions at trade bodies such as Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), Manufacturers Association of Information Technology (MAIT) and American Chamber of Commerce in India (AMCHAM).
Rajiv holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and a Masters in Marketing from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi. He is based in Singapore.
Jordan De leon
Senior Analyst - Canalys
Jordan is a Senior Analyst at Canalys, where he leads the Channels Analysis Asia Pacific service. He analyzes the channel ecosystem and IT vendor go-to-market strategies in the region. He also supports the Partner Program Analysis service, working as part of the global channels team.
Prior to joining Canalys in 2014, Jordan was a copywriter and consultant for Quadmark, a global consulting and training organization based in Singapore. Here he worked on training and sales enablement tools for sales reps, resellers and retailers from clients such as HP, Cisco and Google. He developed cheat sheets, sales tools and online training modules, and also created content for mobile apps. Before moving to Singapore in 2011, he worked as an account manager for a PR agency in the Philippines, serving multinational clients such as Nestlé (Nescafé and Nido) and Pepsi.
He is a proficient and experienced writer, having worked for various publications in the Philippines, including the Philippine Daily Inquirer, the country’s leading newspaper.
Jordan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology from the University of Santo Tomas, and is a licensed medical technologist in the Philippines.
Vice President, Marketing - Canalys
Rachel Lashford leads Canalys’ worldwide marketing activities, promoting the company, its global services and apps, and Canalys' partner community, Candefero.
Rachel joined Canalys in September 2000 and is now based in its EMEA office in the UK. In her previous role at Canalys, she was leading a global team of industry analysts and technology product-based services. She also worked in Singapore for nine years, leading Canalys’ APAC operations after having established the company’s first office in the region in 2006. This was followed by the opening of the Shanghai office in 2011.
Rachel presents on mobility, autonomous vehicles and emerging tech trends at various vendor and industry events as well as Canalys forums. She is widely quoted in the top-tier press, as well as appearing regularly on major news channels. She has advised clients around the world and has been involved in numerous custom projects.
Before Canalys, Rachel worked in the industrial chemicals industry, for Bayer. She graduated from Warwick University with an Honors Degree in Philosophy and participated in INSEAD’s "Leading for results" program.
