Vice President, Client Solutions, Latin America - Dell
Xavier Vidal is Dell’s Client Solutions Vice-President for Latin America. With over 17 years of experience in IT sales & marketing and 13 years of tenure in Dell; he is responsible for Dell’s Client Solutions strategy, planning, product portfolio & specialists sales for Latin America.
Originally from Ecuador, Xavier holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the Tec de Monterrey (Mexico) and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas.
Xavier joined Dell in 2004 and has held a variety of product & solutions marketing roles that resulted the successful launch of several generations of OptiPlex Desktops, Latitude Notebooks and PowerEdge Servers, including the introduction of the EqualLogic & Compellent storage portfolio in Latin America. Most recently, Xavier held the position of Latin America Marketing Vice President, where he led the marketing strategy & execution across all routes to market and championed the Dell EMC brand in Latin America. Prior to joining Dell, Xavier held management roles in IT VARs in Latin America.
